Article 5: Destruction of Personal Information

Upon achieving the intended purpose or at the end of the retention period, personal information is promptly destroyed:

  1. Destruction Process: Information is deleted following the expiration of the retention and use period outlined in Article 4.

    • Electronic files are deleted using technical methods to prevent recovery.

    • Printed information is shredded or incinerated.
