EmoConnect PRO Subscription & License Issuance


  1. Make a subscription payment in the Data Hub.Go to the Data Hub (https://biosignal-datahub.com/#/subscribe) and purchase the EmoConnect PRO subscription.

  2. License issuance after paymentOnce payment is complete, a license is issued automatically.

  3. Device ID field is blank for the first licenseImmediately after issuance, no Device ID has been assigned yet.The Device ID will be assigned the first time an EmoConnect device is paired via the SDK.

2. License & Device ID Validation

To use EmoConnect PRO features, the issued license must be correctly linked with the corresponding Device ID.Once validation is complete, you can use the PRO features.In Newert Health, your available licenses and devices are linked automatically when you sign in.



3. PRO Features Available in Newert Health

  • Free users: Raw data collection enabledYou can collect raw data (PPG and IMU data) measured by the EmoConnect device.However, only viewing and saving raw data is available; biomarker saving is restricted.Even without an internet connection, you can measure and store data locally.


  • PRO users: Biomarker saving enabledIf you have a PRO subscription license, the biomarker saving feature is additionally enabled.You can save measured biomarker data locally for later analysis or integration with other services.Even without an internet connection, you can measure and store data locally.



4. Notes

  • 1 license = 1 EmoConnect device (one-to-one mapping)A Device ID already registered to a license cannot be linked to another license.To disconnect the currently registered device, please contact customer support: https://www.newert.co.kr/contact


  • Check your active subscription periodIf your subscription expires, use of PRO features may be restricted.When the subscription expires, the link between the license and the registered device is automatically terminated.
