Newert Co., Ltd. Launches Cloud-Based Bio-Signals Data Platform Service

Newert Co., Ltd. (CEO: Lee Jungnyun), a bio-signals specialist company that provides a full-cycle solution for measuring and analyzing bio-signals in daily life, announced on the 15th that it will launch its cloud-based bio-signals data platform service (biosignal-datahub) starting this month.

In previous research fields, each researcher has a different approach to experiment management and data processing. Additionally, due to the absence of a responsible manager, caused by researcher graduations or job transitions, continuous management of the collected data becomes challenging.

Furthermore, there is an issue with the low reusability of existing data for new researchers, and the management of big data generated through ongoing research has become increasingly difficult.

The cloud-based bio-signals data platform (biosignal-datahub) incorporating Newert’s data standardization system collects and manages various bio-signal data, such as EEG, ECG, PPG, and GSR, while supporting data analysis and utilization. It is an optimized solution designed to address issues arising in existing research settings, maximize data management efficiency, and enhance the accuracy and reliability of experimental data.

CEO Lee Jungnyun stated, "We have built a platform that allows for the long-term, efficient management of experimental data. Even when researchers change, we have established a system that ensures consistent experiment and data management." He added, "In the future, for publicly available data, we plan to create an environment where suppliers can generate revenue, and demanders can save on costs and time through search and transaction functions. We will also provide data analysis and visualization services."

Recently, Newert has not only received KC certification for its self-developed bio-signal measurement equipment but also secured intellectual property rights for bio-signal analysis software, including EEG and facial expression analysis. These products are expected to be launched on the market soon.
