Frequently asked questions

Are BioLink and Newert Health the same product?

They serve different roles. BioLink covers the supported device and connection layer; Newert Health is the app and web interface for measurement status and supported metrics.

Can I view the group dashboard with BioLink alone?

In the currently confirmed website scope, BioLink measurements are connected to Newert Health for group and participant monitoring. Confirm account and offering scope before deployment.

Can I always see every participant's location?

No. Location requires permission, GPS and network availability, consent, and appropriate operating settings. It can remain unused when it is not required.

Does BioLink provide every metric shown?

Available fields may vary by BioLink model, sensor, app version, and measurement conditions. Define the required metrics and confirm support before deployment.
