❤️ Heart Rate (HR)

• Review cardiovascular condition and stress status

  Typical resting range: 60–100 bpm

📈 Heart Rate Variability (HRV)

• SDNN (stress resilience): 50 ms or higher for men and 40 ms or higher for women is shown as good

• RMSSD (recovery capacity): 30 ms or higher for men and 25 ms or higher for women is shown as good

🚶 Step Count

• Recommended daily step count: 8,000–10,000 steps

🔥 Exercise Intensity (HR%)

• Moderate intensity: 50–70% of maximum heart rate

• High intensity: 70–85% of maximum heart rate

⏳ Active Time

• At least 30 minutes of consistent activity per day is recommended

❤️ Maximal Oxygen Uptake (VO₂max)

• Assessment of fitness and cardiorespiratory endurance

1. Subscribe to EmoConnect PRO and Receive a License

1. Purchase a Subscription in Biosignal Datahub

   • Open Biosignal Datahub (https://biosignal-datahub.com/en/subscribe/plans) and purchase an EmoConnect PRO subscription.

2. License Issuance After Payment

   • The license is issued automatically after payment is completed.

3. The Device ID Is Blank on a Newly Issued License

   • A Device ID has not yet been assigned immediately after the license is issued.

   • The Device ID is assigned when an EmoConnect device is linked through the SDK for the first time.

2. Validate the License and Device ID

• To use EmoConnect PRO features, the issued license must be linked correctly to the corresponding Device ID.

• PRO features become available after validation is completed.

• When you sign in to Newert Health, your license and device are linked automatically.

3. Features Available in Newert Health

Newert Health is a PRO-only app. There is no free tier. Sign in with a valid PRO subscription license to use all of the features below.

• You can collect and store Raw Data measured by an EmoConnect device (PPG and IMU data).

• Biomarker data storage is also included. Save measured biomarker data locally for later analysis or integration with other services.

• You can measure and retain data locally even without an internet connection.

4. Precautions

• One license = one EmoConnect device (one-to-one mapping)

  • A Device ID already registered to one license cannot be linked to another license.

  • To unlink the currently registered device, submit a request to our support team.https://www.newert.co.kr/en/contact

• Check the Valid Subscription Period

  • Access to PRO features may be restricted after the subscription expires.

  • When the subscription expires, the link between the license and the registered device is released automatically.

This completes the process for using Newert Health PRO features.
