Newert Signs an MOU with Konyang Cyber University on Building an AI- and Digital-Based Education Environment
On November 15, Newert signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Konyang Cyber University covering the XR (extended reality) field, aimed at building an AI- and digital-based education environment and cultivating practically minded convergence talent.

Attendees at the ceremony included Choi Dong-yeon, Director of Educational Innovation at Konyang Cyber University; Park Sun-a, Director of Planning and Information; Lee Jin-kyung, Director of Admissions and Public Relations; Kim Yong-seok, Dean of the College of AI and Software Convergence at Konyang University; Professor Yoo Sung-ha; and Lee Jung-nyeon, CEO of Newert, along with Lee Yang-woo, Branch Manager of MORAI; Ryu In-seu, Division Head of MOASOFT; Lee Se-wook, Division Head of SIMS Reality; Park Seung-nam, Vice President of SIMSYS Global; Lee Myung-chan, Director of CMT Information & Communication; Han Jun-hyuk, CEO of Saesol Tech; Park Byung-jun, Executive Director of Aprica; Jung Sun-i, CEO of JS Convergence Education; Jung Young-joo, Director of Fordream; and Cho Pil-gu, Director of Fluxity.
The purpose of the agreement is to advance innovation and development in AI- and digital-based education through strategic exchange and cooperation between the two organizations. Its main provisions include △ developing curricula to cultivate practice-oriented convergence talent, △ jointly planning and developing XR content for remote education, and △ providing policy recommendations and advisory support.
In carrying out this work, the company plans to draw on Newert's biosignal expertise to develop curricula optimized for digital environments in collaboration with Konyang Cyber University and other institutions, and to plan and develop remote-education content using XR technology so that students can build practical skills related to XR.

On February 24, Newert signed a partnership memorandum of understanding with Global Mecha Solution Co., Ltd., a biopotential sensor semiconductor design company, covering devices for measuring biopotential signals and the equipment built on them. The two companies aim to complement each other's capabilities across development, sales, and marketing, establishing shared goals and strategies so that biopotential-related products reach the market on time and meet business performance targets. Newert plans to use the partnership as an opportunity to demonstrate its expertise in biopotential signals such as EEG, ECG, EMG, and EOG.

Newert Signs an MOU with Konyang University on Defense XR Technology and Software Solution Development
On November 15, Newert signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Konyang University on the development of technologies and software solutions in the defense XR field. The ceremony at Earnest Hall on the university's Medical Campus brought together 11 companies to foster talent in defense XR. The two organizations aim to accelerate development in the field, cultivate specialists, and apply metaverse technology to improve the efficiency of defense content development and operation, supporting the Glocal University Project (K-Defense Industry Leading University).
