Newert Selected for the Youth Startup Incubation Program
Newert has been selected for the "Youth Startup Incubation" program, run at Incheon Startup Park by Incheon Technopark (Incheon TP) and the Incheon Free Economic Zone Authority to support startup companies.
The "Youth Startup Incubation" program operated by Incheon Startup Park identifies promising youth startups recommended by startup support organizations in the Incheon region and, together with the operating accelerator Kingo Spring, provides business capability assessments, company-tailored expert consulting, and funding for business advancement, laying the groundwork for investment and sustainable growth.
The program concentrates its support on startups in future core industries such as fourth industrial revolution technologies, bio, and smart cities.
Fifteen companies were selected, including Newert. All are startups led by founders aged 39 or under, recommended as promising companies by organizations such as the Incheon Center for Creative Economy and Innovation, the Korea SMEs and Startups Agency, the Industry-Academic Cooperation Foundation of Korea Polytechnic II University, the Startup Support Foundation of Incheon National University, the Startup Support Foundation of Inha University, the Korea Environmental Industry and Technology Institute, and the Korea Women Entrepreneurs Support Center.
Because the program focuses on nurturing startups in promising future industries such as fourth industrial revolution technologies and bio, Newert plans to use it to advance the technology behind EmoConnect PPG&Motion, its independently developed wristband-type biosignal measurement device, and to run marketing that accelerates the company's growth.
Newert also plans to use the program as an opportunity to showcase its biosignal expertise and expand its business through exchanges with the other selected companies.

Newert Joins the Inha University Hospital Open Laboratory Program
Newert has been selected for the "2025 Open Laboratory Operation Program," which supports the growth of startups holding strong technologies and products by opening up the resources of Inha University Hospital. Newert will use the hospital's infrastructure with EmoConnect PPG&Motion to secure clinical data on biosignal measurement across skin tones and to advance the technology through expert advice on the biomarkers needed in the field.
